OUR PHILOSOPHY is that of permaculture. This means to produce organically, naturally, without chemicals and as diverse as possible on the available land. The seeds are propagated directly by us, so we can do without hybrids. Old breeds of domestic animals such as the Sulmtaler chicken are bred and thus preserved. Our goal is not to cultivate as many hectares as possible, but to maintain and cultivate the existing soil area to be as healthy and vital as possible. In permaculture, we change slowly and alternatively - first we observe, then we act. An exciting, ever growing process. Permaculture is flexible and adapts to the natural conditions, to the environment. The preservation of the diversity of plants and animals of all kinds is of great concern to us. It’s essential for the natural cycle of life and the benefit of all.

UNSERE PHILOSOPHIE ist die der Permakultur. Das heisst biologisch, natürlich, ohne Chemie und so vielfältig wie möglich auf dem vorhandenen Grund und Boden zu produzieren.
Das Saatgut wird von uns direkt vermehrt, somit können wir auf Hybriden verzichten,
alte Haustierrassen wie die Sulmtaler werden gezüchtet und dadurch erhalten.
Unser Ziel ist es nicht, so viele Hektar wie möglich zu bewirtschaften, sondern die vorhandene Bodenfläche so gesund und vital als möglich zu erhalten und bewirtschaften.
Bei der Permakultur wird langsam und alternativ umgestellt - erst wird beobachtet, dann gehandelt. Ein spannender, wachsender Prozess.
Die Permakultur ist flexibel und passt sich den natürlichen Vorgaben, dem Umfeld, der Umwelt an.
Die Erhaltung der Vielfalt an Pflanzen und Tieren aller Art ist uns ein großes Anliegen und wesentlich für den natürlichen Kreislauf und zum Wohle aller.
